Seared Tuna with Spicy Cucumber Cups

My four all time favorite things to combine together are seared tuna, apple, cucumber and avocado. I also have a slight tajin addiction.

This recipe came out preeeeeetty darn good, and was quick and easy to make. The mixture of sweet and savory hits the spot
